We will miss you Sachin..! #sachin #SRT200

All the newspapers, media, online media, people applauding only one name today and that is – Sachin Tendulkar

Sachin, Sachin, Sachin… Every where…!!!
I have never seen such warm respect for anyone in the country… not only in India but all over the world…!! Everyone loves Sachin. Such a wonderful experience one can imagine in a life.
Sachin Tendulkar, India’s cricket god, retired today…

Sachin is Perfect, says Amir..
This is what Indiatoday wrote in their story line.

Lot of celebs are at Wankhede Stadium, which is hosting Sachin Tendulkar's farewell match, his 200th Test. Among his fans who have come to witness the historic moment - is Bollywood actor Aamir Khan.

Aamir is a friend and a big fan of Sachin. When invited into the commentary box, Aamir said: "The moment I got the dates of this match, I made myself available and made sure I come and see this. I knew I couldn't have missed it for anything. I'm a big Sachin fan and too was disappointed with Dhoni's decision to field."

"This Test match at Wankhede is a historic moment, I didn't want to miss it."

The magician called Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar today ensured that it was a farewell that each and every Indian will remember for posterity as the country's greatest sporting icon walked into the sunset with a knock which exhibited just why he is the greatest of this era. Main Story

The Magician – yes, he is the real magician of cricket world. He is also the one who had did magic on all the people and made them crazy about him and his cricket.

Zee India says, Life comes full circle for Tendulkar

It was Nov 15, 1989 that Tendulkar played his first Test as a 16-year-old against Pakistan at Karachi`s National Stadium. The match is famously remembered for the teenager getting a bloodied nose, failing to negotiate a bouncer by another debutant Waqar Younis.

Cannot imagine Sachin Tendulkar without cricket: Anjali Tendulkar
Explaining how much the sport has meant to her husband, Anjali said that Sachin has always worshiped cricket and that not playing anymore will be a emotional not just for him but the entire family. "I can imagine cricket without Sachin but I cannot imagine Sachin without cricket," she said. "I don't know what will take the place of cricket in his life."

Anjali however did add that Sachin is not someone who shows his emotions. "Sachin is really good at hiding his emotions. He has never shown he's facing the pressure. Even at home, he does not show his emotions," she said, adding that daughter Sara is also like her father. "Sara's been OK, she doesn't show lot of emotion. Kids are getting to realise now what their father meant totoday fans and cricket."

And the mid-day news says,
Wankhede: Sachin Tendulkar shines with memorable innings in farewell Test

Thanks for the memories Sachin, we will miss you, says Gavaskar

Sunil Gavaskar, whom Sachin says like a guru to him says thanks, this news was in samarchar.com and truly it is defining the words.

Other story says,
Sachin Tendulkar: The God of cricket will never retire!

Exactly 24 years to date, Sachin Tendulkar made his Test debut against Pakistan, and perhaps he walked off with the bat in hand for one last time Friday in his farewell Test -- but not before playing a scintillating knock that the packed Wankhede Stadium will always remember.

Sachin Tendulkar has been playing cricket for close to 24 years and wife Anjali said on Saturday - possibly his last day as a cricketer - that after his retirement, things at home are going to be a whole lot different.

This is what written for Sachin in a sports column in NDTV

Really a great player, great cricketer and man with magic..!!

Salute!!
We will miss you Sachin…

Remember, life is not just about surviving the storm...
It's about learning to dance in the rain even when things are pouring down around you!"

14 November - Children’s day

14 November - Children’s day

Children are like valuable gifts. Let’s understand the significance of children's day which is celebrated on 14th November in India. Children are adorable. They are like divine gifts that parents get from the almighty GOD. Children's Day celebration is the tribute to childhood.

14th November is celebrated as children's day in all over India. 14th November is also the birthday of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, the first prime minister of independent India.

20 November is Universal Children's Day.  20 November is the anniversary of the day when the United Nations General Assembly adopted the Declaration of the Rights of the Child in 1959. The Convention on the Rights of the Child was then signed on the same day in 1989, which has since been ratified by 191 states.

Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru was a great leader and he loved children very much.  He was keen about welfare, education, and development of children in India. He was very fond of children and children call him as Chacha Nehru and this name was became popular among people.  Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru himself was destiny's child. He struggled a lot for the welfare of India. It is believed that he admired two things a lot, red roses and children. Birthday of Chacha Nehru is celebrated as Children’s Day in India.

Childhood memories are sweetest of all. They are the lifetime memories. Children's day celebration is the fun day for the little ones but it is also important for the parents.

Parents should be well aware about the little desires of their little angels and every parent must understand the importance of the children's day. Parents should be eager about children's day.  Do not let this day pass as other ordinary day. It is parent’s duty to make children's day special for their child. Some parents buy gifts for their sons and daughters. Some parents give greeting cards to their children to express their wishes on this special day.

Parents can take their child to visit some NGO or children's home on this special day and child can give away some of his things to other poor children. In such a way he will get to know the real importance of this day. Children will not remember you for the things you provide them but for the feeling that you cherished them. Make the children special for them.

Happy Children’s Day!!

Love you!! J
